US SO2, NOx emissions lower in 2011, EPA reports - Argus

Nationwide SO2 emissions in 2011 were less than half of the Acid Rain Program's annual budget and more than 13pc lower than 2010 levels, according to preliminary Environmental Protection Agency data, Argus reports.
