RWE and Kompania Węglowa establish a new company RWE Elektrownia Czeczott

On 19 August 2009 at the headquarters of Kompania Węglowa in Katowice the agreement was signed founding the company called RWE Elektrownia Czeczott Sp. z o.o. (RWE Power Plant Czeczott) that will be responsible for building and commissioning of a new coal-fired power station.
