Polish NAP is prepared for its forwarding to Brussels

The Polish Council of Ministers adopted on April 6 the Draft 2008-2012 National Emission Allocation Plan and decided on its forwarding to the European Commission. Approval of the Plan by the Commission will open the way for Poland to allocate its emission allowances for 2010.
