Poland begins distributing 2010 EUAs

On Monday, Poland began distributing the 2010 European Union Allowances (EUAs) under its new National Allocation Plan (NAP) just approved by the European Commission for the 2008-2012 trading period of the EU Emission Trading Scheme (ETS).
