Ministerial statement on decision made by the EC to reject the Polish NAP

The European Commission decided to reject the Polish National Emission Allowance Plan for 2008-2012 and requested Poland to present immediately its new revised National Emission Allowance Plan for 2008-2012, said a spokesperson for the Polish Ministry of the Environment.
