Reuters: German cabinet passes CO2 law for 2013-2020

Reuters reports that the German cabinet passed a draft law on Wednesday to implement new European regulation regarding the allocation of EU emissions permits between 2013 and 2020 to German industry and utilities, the environment ministry said.
