EU’s post-2012 CER plans likely this autumn — Deutsche, Argus reports

Argus reports that Germany's Deutsche Bank expects the European Commission to produce “concrete proposals” regarding the planned quality restrictions of post-2012 use of certified emission reduction (CER) credits from industrial gas projects this autumn.
